Short on time? Try this....

Short on time to train? Try this......


10 reps, rest for 30 sec, 15 reps, rest for 30 sec, 10 reps, rest for 30 sec, and 5 reps.
You should notice that your arms, legs and mid-section(core) worked, your heart rate should be up and you should be sweating by the end. If you are not breathing harder than normal you can do 2 things: 1. less rest between sets, and 2. plant your hands farther away from your feet to make it more strenuous.
