Think You Can’t Do It?...YOU CAN!

I can’t believe August is rolling by so quickly! Before you know it September 1st will be sneaking up on us! I met a woman this past week who had some concerns about signing up for our boot camp because she felt that she wouldn’t be able to do our workouts. As I talked to her I thought maybe other people might be feeling the same. So…I am here to assure you that ANYONE can do our boot camp! Listen, I know that it might seem like a daunting task at first, but I promise you that you can do it!

When I started working out with Egan I was uncoordinated and had very poor core strength. I thought there was no way I could make it through some of the workouts we had at the gym, but Egan coached me through it all, pushing me when he knew I could and advising me to lay off when he thought I needed to take it easy. There is no one better to do a boot camp with than Egan, he knows exactly how much you can push and what your limits are.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not likely we are going to take it easy on you, and I doubt you want us to, but we always have our student’s best interest at heart and strive to keep everyone safe and free from injury. Can’t wait to see you all in September!
