Stick with it! It's Motivation Monday!

Happy Motivation Monday! How was your weekend? Remember that healthy eating and exercise should be a part of your weekends too. The weekends are a great time to get outside and do something active with friends and family.

It's the second week of the challenge. Take some time to look over your food and exercise journal. Reflect on how you did last week and make a commitment to yourself to stay on track this week.


Your fitness challenge today? To get out of your comfort zone during your workout. Change can be uncomfortable. If you want to change your body composition (from fat to lean muscle) then you'll need to push a little harder, take it up a notch. Your body will respond positively to the change and you'll see results faster. I promise! Aim for 45-60 minutes of cardio exercise today.
