Latest Schedule Updates for President's Day Weekend

This weekend at the Great Aloha Run Expo we will be holding two demo bootcamp sessions at the Neal Blaisdell Arena on Saturday, 2/16 at and Sunday, 2/17 at 10am.

The following classes will be cancelled this weekend:  Saturday 7:00am Beach Bootcamp, Saturday 8:00am Bootcamp in Manoa and Sunday, 10:00am Bootcamp in Manoa.  Come join us at the Expo!

On, Monday, 2/18, PRESIDENT'S DAY, we will have an abbreviated schedule.  Here are the bootcamp sessions for Monday:

Manoa: 6am and 6:35am
Kailua: 6am
Waipio: 5am
YWCA: no classes

Manoa will be closed after morning classes, no evening classes!  Thanks and have a great holiday weekend!
