Hope you had a great summer. I sure did. It was busy with the arrival of our new little boy, Jett and keeping up with our four girls! Isn't it amazing how summertime somehow seems busier than the rest of the year?
Now that school is back in session and our routine is getting back to normal, I thought this would be a great time to refocus on my goals for the remainder of the year. Part of staying fit and eating healthy is not only for myself, but to set a good example for my kids. I saw this quote the other day and it really made me think about how my habits and way of living really influence my kids.
On Tuesday, September 4th, we're kicking off our 6-Week September Slimdown program. It's going to be a great program that includes a brand new eating plan designed by yours truly, weekly prizes, healthy snack tips from our trainers, weekly webcasts with me, exercise videos and much more.

With only four more months left in 2012....let's make it healthy! It's never too late to set goals. There's no reason to wait until New Years to make resolutions. I personally like to be ahead of the game and get a head start! But, that's just the competitive nature in me. How about joining me too?
