Happy Motivation Monday! Taking the first step is usually the hardest, but once you start the journey it gets easier and easier. Make the commitment today to move forward and make progress.
Your challenge for today:
Challenge # 1 - Get in 30 minutes of exercise today. Even if it's just going for a run after work or a brisk walk after dinner. Just get moving!
Then take 10 minutes to start writing in your journal. Here's what we want you to log:
- Your current weight (you can also take measurements to really track your progress. Measure around your upper arms, waist, and mid-thigh) You will record this weekly.
- Your food intake (write down what you ate and drank and the times) You will record this daily.
- How you felt today, physically and emotionally.
- Something you are grateful for.
