Join me for the first beach bootcamp of 2011!

As always, my Saturday bootcamps are FREE to everyone. All I ask is that you bring at least one can of food to donate to the Hawaii Food Bank. Let's start out the year by "Trimming the Fat and Feeding the Hungry"!
