Hello Egan Here,
This is the fun mini workout:
1st Do as many pull up reps with your child hanging on you.(make sure you are warm)
2nd Hang upside down and do as many sit ups as you can in 30 sec(don't fall it can be dangerous)
3rd Hanging knee ups as many as you can in 30 sec
Repeat this as many time as you can. Tegan always wants to go the park to do this workout.
